  Nancy Alessi

  Nancy is principal of Alessi Legal.

  Nancy graduated from Monash University with a Bachelor of Laws.  Since graduating Nancy has almost exclusively practised in the area of personal injury law.  Her case load includes WorkCover, TAC claims, public liability and medical negligence claims.

  Nancy is passionate and committed to obtaining excellent results for her clients.  In 2007 she obtained the highest payout awarded in Victoria for a catastrophic birth trauma case and has acted in cases before the County and Supreme Courts of Victoria and the Federal Court of Australia where legal precedents have been reported.  She has also successfully defended her client in an application for leave to appeal in the High Court of Australia.

  Nancy is a member of the Law Institute of Victoria and the Australian Lawyers Alliance.
